Lindsay conducts individual, family, and couples therapy. Her therapeutic approach is warm, open, and tailored to the individual needs of her clients. She values the importance of a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Lindsay aims to understand each client's individual struggles, symptoms, areas of strength, and personal values, and offers skills and new perspectives to support meaningful and lasting change. Her treatment is rooted in both empathy and science, and she leads with the knowledge and respect that you are the expert on yourself.
Lindsay has worked in the mental health field for over a decade, supporting individuals and families across a variety of settings and presenting concerns. Over the course of her career, she has developed a particular appreciation for the complexity of each person's story and the importance of approaching therapy with curiosity rather than assumptions. She draws from evidence-based therapeutic approaches while thoughtfully adapting treatment to each client's developmental stage, needs, goals, and strengths.

On a personal note
Lindsay enjoys hiking, traveling, volunteering with horses, and exploring Colorado with her dog Dexter.
As the founder of Larkhaven Therapy, Lindsay is passionate about creating a practice that reflects the same values she brings to her individual work with clients. She is committed to fostering a clinical team that is warm, collaborative, and supportive, both for the people seeking care and for the clinicians providing it. She believes that when clinicians are able to learn from and support one another, they are better equipped to provide thoughtful, high-quality care to their clients.
Lindsay also provides clinical supervision and enjoys supporting emerging clinicians as they develop their own clinical voices, deepen their skills, and grow in confidence. She believes good supervision, much like good therapy, is grounded in curiosity, trust, collaboration, and a willingness to keep learning.
